Is living a Simple Life hard to survive in this corporate world.
I have been working as a Management Trainee – HR & Admin.
this is something I came across few person while I was working.
Specially the maintenance guysssss. they keep on working many times the whole night or till midnight. They are ITI holders, some of them are having an experience of more than 10 years in the same organisation. They are overburdened with work. They live a very simple life and they demand any salary hikes tough the other staff get free at 5.30 pm they keep on working.
But recently the appraisals & promotions took place in which the maintenance guys got hike in their salaries but the hike was only to touch the teeth (daat bhi gila nahihua) was really low……
so my question to all the experts is that:
doing all the tasks, never arguing nature, living a simple life, meeting all the deadlines, having such great qualities whether really work? Because in my organization it did not work please reply………….

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. Both boys and girls feel the impact of just a moment’s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.
